If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all unworn or defective items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the orthotics in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
