At Redi-Thotics, we stand behind the quality of our orthotic products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you find the perfect support for your feet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all unworn or defective items.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the orthotics in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
